Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us at shopmaterialgirls.com. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase! All of the orders are processed within 48 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. This DOES NOT include weekends. This means that if you ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be done the following Monday, unless that Monday falls on a holiday. Once your order is fulfilled, we send you an email with your tracking number via USPS so that you can see exactly where  your package is. All packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if USPS looses your package.  If you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange your merchandise.Just send us the items that you would like to return/exchange to 289 Commerce Park Drive, Suite B in Ridgeland Ms, 39157. If the following criteria are not met, there will be no return/exchange and the merchandise will be sent back to you. If you have any questions or concerns please give us a call at 601-707-7465. Order Day: Pick Up Day:
Monday & Tuesday by 2pm……. Wednesday after 5:30
Tuesday 2:01 pm- Thursday by 2 pm. Thursday after 5:30
Thursday 2:01 pm- Sunday……… Monday after 5:30
If you are picking up at Oxford or Hattiesburg
Order Day: Pick Up Day:
Monday & Tuesday by 2pm… Wednesday after 5:30
Tuesday 2:01-Thursday by 2pm… Friday after 5:30
Thursday 2:01-Sunday……….. Tuesday after 5:30

We understand that you can’t wait to get your new items, and look FABULOUS in them; although there will be NO early pick up exceptions!

POLICY

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY.
  • Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Final sale (no returns) on all sale items, jewelry, handbags and accessories.
  • Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to the merchandise.
  • All items purchased online must be returned online; You can also return online purchases  in our stores as long as it meets all guidelines.
  •  Once the merchandise is returned/received, store credit will be issued.
  • Please note that it may take 2 weeks to receive your store credit.
