IN STORE PICK UP

 

Please be aware that our small business operates under THREE separate inventories, we offer complimentary in store pick up as a convenience to our local residents, however, your order DOES NOT come from our Flowood or Renaissance store inventory. We are a small business and work with a limited support staff as we navigate our busiest season, our in store pick up turn around time will typically run 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. All weekend orders will be packed Monday and sent to stores (Monday afternoon - Tuesday evening). We apologize for the inconvenience but hope you all understand that no order goes unnoticed and we strive to make this the BEST shopping and styling experience. XOXO 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with a return slip on the backside of your invoice. Please fill this form out and include it with your return.

All orders are processed within 48 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. This DOES NOT include weekends. This means that if you ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed for shipping the following Monday, unless that Monday falls on a holiday.

All packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if USPS loses your package, unless you purchase ground shipping and/or Route Shipping insurance. 

All FREE SHIPPING  packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if mail carriers loses your package, in addition we are not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping

ROUTE SHIPPING

  • We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases.  Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.  

  • Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items.  When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes.  Route does not pay custom/duty fees.  For a detailed breakdown of Route's official insurance policy, please reference their help center here.

RETURNS

We hope that you love all your purchases from Material Girls. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Please include the return invoice with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return invoice  will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.  All orders are shipped with a return slip on the backside of your invoice. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

 

STORE CREDIT

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY. Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of invoice date. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Final sale (no returns) on all swimwear, sale items, jewelry, handbags, hats and accessories. Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to the merchandise.

All items purchased online can be returned online; You can also return online purchases in our stores as long as it meets all guidelines. Once the merchandise is returned/received, store credit will be issued. Please note that it may take 7-10 days to receive your store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at admin@shopmaterialgirls.com or sales@shophighlandpark.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
